Seattle Workshop with Kino

Last weekend I attended Kino MacGregor's weekend Seattle Workshop with Kino and it was awesome!

Without giving away the details of the workshop as it really is best experienced first hand, here are some of my favorite moments of the Seattle Workshop with Kino: 

1. Kino's great sense of humor
2. The laughter throughout the three days with the attendees
3. The personal stories that Kino shared about her life and yoga journey
4. The lessons learned about anatomy, strength, faith and dedication to the practice
5. The connections Kino made between the physical and the non-physical; what I would call the hard and the soft, the external and the internal, the yang and the yin, the ebb and the flow 
6. The encouragement from Kino to continue the practice despite difficulties in "achieving" a certain physical shape
7. The beautiful waterfront location of OmCulture
8. The great organization of the whole event by the friendly founders of YogaLab Northwest

Thanks to Kino MacGregor, YogaLab Northwest, OmCulture and about 100 attendees for a great weekend of yoga in Seattle! I hope our paths will cross again :-)
