Perhaps many of us take breathing, and in particular, deep breathing, for granted. Or perhaps deep breathing is sometimes misunderstood.
I realized this during a Yogi Cameron workshop at Corpo Yoga Studio last year, when something he said during the guided prana session made me realize that, up until that point, I had been breathing in a shallow manner, in a trepidacious manner, in a cautious manner, in a tread-lightly manner.
It was at that point of realization that I decided that I needed to "go for it".
